Farmers Electric Cooperative (FEC) and ONCOR Electric Delivery are the power transmission companies to the park. FEC and ONCOR can support the power requirements for large industrial projects.
Demand
A large manufacturing plant in Rockwall has a current demand near 4 MW. 25 kv feeders using wire sizes of 795 AAC, 477 ACSR and 4/0 ACSR reported as available capacity in the Rockwall Technology Park.
Substation
Three electric substations are available within 3 miles of the park.
Cost
Texas is a deregulated market. Multiple companies sell electricity in this market. In recent years, indicative pricing has been in the area of $0.06 to $0.07 per kWh.
Natural Gas

6 inch gas lines serves the buildings in the Rockwall Technology Park.
Infrastructure upgrades
System upgrades were performed in 2009 to accommodate heavier use. 6 inch gas lines serves the buildings in the Rockwall Technology Park.
Cost
Atmos Energy recently reported indicative pricing of $5.36 per MCF.
Water

North Texas Municipal Water District
City of Rockwall public utilities are from North Texas Municipal Water District.
There are existing water lines located in the Park. There is a two-million gallon water tower across Phase III of the Park. Rockwall’s Eastside pump station has a capacity of 4.3 mgd.
Waste Water
Two treatment plants serve Rockwall within 5 miles. 1.9 mgd capacity of sewer system. Excess capacity is available in system
